The Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Region inaugurated its stand 6C24 at the HyVolution salon, alongside the AERBFC and the Bourgogne Franche-Comté CCI:

In the presence of Nicolas SORET, Vice-president in charge of the economic development of the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Region, Arnaud MARTHEY, Vice-president of the AERBFC, Philippe BOUCLY, President of France Hydrogène and Marie-Cécile PERA, Director of the UAR FCLAB.

THE UAR FCLAB was presented by its director Marie-Cécile PERA:

On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the FCLAB, a certain number of supported projects were presented at the stand by the partner companies the Avions Mauboussin, MINCATEC Energy, GAUSSIN GROUP, H2 Motronics, NepTech, Symbio as well as the Pays de Montbéliard Agglomeration territory.

FCLAB and FEMTO-ST Open Doors Day went very well with nearly 150 visitors. 
The feedback has been very positive and it is therefore a great success that deserves a big thank you to
all those who took part in it.
Thank you to all the volunteers (researchers, personnel and PhD students) and to all the Master students who were able to pass on their knowledge 
and their enthusiasm to the public.

Apart from discovering the hydrogen energy technology the « Artist Wall » of portraits of FCLAB and FEMTO-ST researchers, personnel and PhD students could inspire the young visitors at the Open Doors Day showing their career path from childhood passions to working in research, science and technology in the Energy field.

FCLAB and FEMTO-ST at the OVNI event organized by the UFC

On Saturday March 26th, the FCLAB and FEMTO-ST teams participated in the OVNI event organized by the UFC.

This inspiring half-day has concluded the FABRIKÀ project following the two days of mini presentations at the high schools in Giromagny on March 24th and 25th. CMI H3E students from the UFR STGI supervised by researchers from Femto-ST/ FCLAB presented various themes about hydrogen and energy.

Constructive conversations with the general public from 5 to 105 years old took place at the educational stands at the Espace la Savoureuse in Giromagny on Saturday. Various discussions around pollution, energy and the use of hydrogen today and in the future animated this day.

Well-done to the teams who worked on this event and thank you to the UFC scientific culture department.

10 Years of FCLAB celebration

10 Years of FCLAB celebration – 22nd June 2022

The Unit of Support and Research FCLAB celebrates 10 years of its creation (with the FCLAB research federation existing 20 years on the Hydrogen Energy platform) on 22nd June 2022.

Thank you to the Director of FCLAB Marie-Cécile Péra, the Deputy Director David Bouquain and special thanks goes to Daniel Hissel (Professor in Hydrogen-Energy and Fuel Cell Systems, University of Franche-Comte, FEMTO-ST), the first Director of the FCLAB research federation bringing together around 180 researchers at different sites in France between 2012 and 2019.

For this occasion FCLAB organised a day of different recreation and fun team building activities for the team which was a great way to encourage the communication and build stronger links among the team members improving the interpersonal relationships and collaboration. During these activities the team could work on their problem solving, decision making and trust building skills developing further the team spirit.
